LOG IN OPTIONS
PROJECT & PERMITS
To apply for Projects or Permits, you MUST EMAIL your NAME, COMPANY NAME (if applicable), ADDRESS and PHONE NUMBER to cspds@cstx.gov for your account to be set up (this is for NEW accounts only). Once the City has set up your account, you will be notified by email and can log in as a "Registered User" and apply for projects and/or permits, based on your profile.
CONTRACTORS: refer to the New Registered User Requirements on our web site for a list of items to include when emailing us to set up your account. You may be required to pay the Contractor Registration Fee.
SHORT-TERM RENTAL PERMITS: To apply for a STR Permit, go to https://str.deckard.com/tx-brazos-city_of_college_station/ Use the same link to renew an existing STR Permit, pay your Hotel Occupancy Tax, or update contact information in your permit. DO NOT use eTRAKiT. A STR Permit is required if you rent your property for fewer than 30 consecutive days at a time.
NORTHGATE PARKING & RENTAL REGISTRATION: NEW ACCOUNTS ONLY for a Northgate Parking License or a Rental Registration License (properties rented or leased for 30 or more consecutive days)
Click on "Setup an Account" above and create your account. Once completed, select PUBLIC (from the dropdown above, next to LOG IN) and log in. Once logged in, you can apply under LICENSE.
